Job Description
Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator - Apprenticeship
Location: Gurugram, Jaipur, Pune, Chennai
Employment Type: 6 Month contract
Salary: 10 K / Monthly
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Coordinator - Apprenticeship to support our talent acquisition efforts. In this role, you will be the backbone of the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams. Your organizational skills and communication abilities will play a vital role in helping us attract and hire top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers across multiple time zones.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with candidate information and status changes.
- Serve as the point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
- Support the creation and posting of job openings on various platforms.
- Assist recruiters in screening resumes and conducting initial candidate outreach.
- Manage communication and logistics for recruitment events, job fairs, and campus hiring.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to ensure timely feedback and process alignment.
- Prepare reports and dashboards related to recruitment metrics and hiring pipeline.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in a recruitment or HR support role.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Outlook, Excel, and Teams) and familiar with ATS platforms.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellent candidate experiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a fast-paced tech or consulting environment.
- Knowledge of modern sourcing techniques and recruitment marketing tools.
