Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader Insurance to join our dynamic team based in Andheri (Marol). The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in the insurance industry, proven skills in team management, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of insurance executives to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and development plans.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of insurance policies, claims, and customer queries.
- Act as the point of escalation for customer or internal issues and resolve them efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and company procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to improve customer experience and operations.
- Prepare and analyze performance reports and ensure team KPIs are met.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the insurance industry.
- At least 1-2 years of team handling/leadership experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (spoken and written).
- Proven track record of achieving team targets and delivering high-quality service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Graduate or equivalent qualification; insurance certifications preferred.
