Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their concerns related to consumer lending products such as credit cards, personal loans, and mortgages.
Provide accurate information about loan options, interest rates, repayment terms, and other relevant details to customers.
Identify cross-selling opportunities for additional services or products that may be beneficial to customers.
Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with customers and adhere to company policies and procedures.
