About the Role:
We re looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive with proven expertise in selling Web3 marketing services to join our growing team. This is a strategic, high-impact role where youll drive revenue by connecting with crypto, NFT, DeFi, and blockchain projects looking to scale their visibility and community through cutting-edge marketing strategies.
You ll work with startups, exchanges, DAOs, metaverse projects, and Web3-native brands helping them grow through services like influencer marketing, community building, PR, growth hacking, and full-funnel digital campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone who understands both the fast-moving Web3 landscape and the pain points of Web3 founders when it comes to marketing and visibility.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, qualify, and target potential Web3 clients globally startups, protocols, NFT projects, DeFi apps, and crypto platforms.

Pitching & Closing: Deliver tailored pitches for Web3 marketing services (e.g., influencer campaigns, community building, token launch support, PR, paid ads, SEO, etc.) and close high-value deals.

Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients founders, marketing heads, and core teams to establish long-term partnerships.

Consultative Selling: Understand each project s goals (token sales, user growth, exchange listings, etc.) and suggest relevant marketing packages and strategies.

Market Intelligence: Stay updated on Web3 trends, upcoming token launches, blockchain marketing tools, and the competitive landscape to keep your pitches sharp and relevant.

Collaboration: Coordinate closely with internal delivery teams (marketing, design, content, and strategy) to ensure successful onboarding and execution.

CRM & Reporting: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, keep CRM updated, and report performance against KPIs and monthly revenue targets.


Who You Are:
Minimum 3+ years of B2B sales experience , with at least 1-2 years in Web3 marketing or blockchain agency sales .

Proven track record of selling marketing/advertising services to Web3 clients (Web3 PR, influencer campaigns, token launch marketing, social media growth, etc.).

Deep understanding of Web3 ecosystems (blockchain, DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, metaverse, GameFi).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills you know how to pitch value, not just features.

Comfortable working independently in a remote-first, fast-paced environment .

A strong network in the crypto/Web3 space is a big plus.

Excellent written and spoken English.


Bonus Skills:
Familiarity with smart contract-based products, tokenomics, or Web3 community dynamics.

Understanding of SEO, content marketing, Telegram/Discord growth strategies.
