Handle customer queries via chat process, email process, international chat process, and WhatsApp.
Provide excellent communication skills to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Work on a rotational shift schedule including evenings (12 pm - 9 pm) from Monday to Saturday.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using our CRM system.
