Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via chat process, email process, international chat process, and WhatsApp.
  • Provide excellent communication skills to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Work on a rotational shift schedule including evenings (12 pm - 9 pm) from Monday to Saturday.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using our CRM system.
