Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Creating, and publishing reports from SFDC, HXM (SuccessFactors) and GA-IHR (US specific) systems.
• Data conversion activities during special projects (HXM, Storefront).
• Reviewing requirements for configuration changes ensuring there are no upstream/downstream or cross-member firm impacts.
• Support with UAT and other testing requirements.
• Managing and updating governance related documents, quick reference guides, and email templates.
• Create and update user stories.
• Support business in tracking issues reported for supported applications.
• Ensure appropriate document, knowledgebase is updated at all times.

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum overall experience of 5-6 years.
• Good understanding of HR Operations Process & Practice.
• Experienced in creating user stories.
• Strong experience and knowledge in Advance Excel, Tableau, PowerBI based reporting.
• Experience working in Salesforce.
• Experience in manual testing.
• Experienced in preparing PowerPoint and presenting data.
• Knowledge in writing queries using SQL is a plus
• Prefer working knowledge in SharePoint.
• Very good in both Verbal and Written Communication skills.
• Graduate in any background.
