Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle customer queries related to credit card, loan, mortgage, and personal loans through phone calls.
Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-4 years of experience in BPO industry (voice process) consumer lending
Graduation degree from a recognized university (any specialization).
Excellent communication skills in English language.
Ability to work on rotational shifts including weekends & holidays.
