Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter with 1-2 years of experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent for a variety of IT roles. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements and team needs
• Source and attract candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews
• Coordinate technical interviews and feedback collection with hiring teams
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Keep up to date with trends and best practices in IT recruitment

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in IT recruiting or technical staffing
• Familiarity with common IT roles (e.g., software developers, QA, DevOps, etc.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS systems
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of technical skills and programming languages is a plus
