Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level support for SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, HCM Payroll, and SuccessFactors.
  
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and develop solutions using SAP HCM tools.
  
• Conduct workshops and training sessions on SAP HCM products to educate clients on best practices.
  
• Troubleshoot issues related to employee data management, payroll processing, and reporting in SAP HCM.
  
• Develop custom reports and dashboards using BEx Analytics to provide insights into client's HR metrics.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8+ years of experience in implementing or supporting SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central & HCM Payroll).
  
• Strong understanding of SAP HCM payroll processes and configurations.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients during implementation projects.
