Job Role:
The job profile is of Relationship Manager / Relationship Executive, who will be responsible for managing the portfolio of the clients for providing them with better investment solutions & services to facilitate easy wealth creation. Must be Experience:
  • Candidate must have at least 6 month to 8 year experience in sales with Banking or BFSI sectors.
  • Must have experience direct sales in wealth/portfolio management, financial planning or investment advisory in at least one of the following products: Mutual Funds (MF), Life Insurance (LI), General insurance (GI), Health Insurance, Fixed Deposits (FD), Liability Products, CPOF, FMPS, Real Estate, SIP, Golds, Bonds.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • As part of sales job, incumbent is required to do field work.
  • Responsible for cross selling various financial products like Insurance (Life, General), Mutual funds, Bonds, PMS etc to the existing set of customers and building depth within the existing relationships.
  • Meeting monthly targets by providing 360-degree Financial Assessment Services , Wealth Management Services and by doing portfolio rewiring of the various client segment.
  • Formulating strategies for expanding the client base by providing investment advice to the clients.
  • Maintaining long-term relationships with existing/new clients for increasing the Asset Under Management(AUM) for the company
  • Cross-sell products and services to both new & existing clients according to their need.
  • New client acquisition - acquiring clients through networking, database, market intelligence or reference from existing clients.
  • ALTERNATE SATURDAYS OFF (2nd & 4th)

Job Location: All over Mumbai

Salary Package:
  • Annual CTC of Rs..up to 11.00 Lac per annum plus performance based high Incentives.
  • Plus PF, Gratuity and Mediclaim & Insurance cover (as per policy).

Candidate Desire Profile:
  • Should be able generate /business by own and required to do field work.
  • Age should be 20-34 years only.
  • Good communication (verbal and written skills).
  • Ability to speak in local language and English.
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of Banking products & services.
  • Understanding of local market and captive client base.

Education Qualification:
  • Minimum Graduate with any stream Or
  • Post Graduate with any stream.
