Proven track record in delivering large-scale ServiceNow implementations or upgrades.
Experience in ensuring delivery quality through metrics-driven performance
Monitor progress to ensure deadlines, standards, and financial targets are met for each project.
Work with onshore counterparts to ensure timely submission of timesheets, project deliverables and customer invoicing.
Solid understanding of Agile and ITIL methodologies.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
ServiceNow certifications such as CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) are preferred.
Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow implementations and enhancements from an offshore location, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.
Serve as the primary offshore point of contact for onshore stakeholders, managing communications, escalations, and expectations.
Delivery quality oversight for a team of ServiceNow developers and testers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and performance management.
Nice to Have:
Experience in Managed Services or working with system integrators.
Exposure to cloud platforms and integrations (e.g., Azure, AWS, API management).
