Job Description
The AI-ML Engineer will play a pivotal role in shaping our data strategy, architecture, and model development initiatives. This position requires expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, artificial intelligence, and machine learning to solve complex business problems and drive data-informed decision-making across the organization.
How your day will look like/Job responsibility
- Data Strategy and Architecture:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements, sources, and integration points.
Design and optimize data architecture, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and data quality.
- Model Development:
Lead the design and development of advanced predictive and prescriptive models using machine learning algorithms.
Utilize large datasets to build and deploy models for real-time applications using cloud platforms and distributed computing.
Continuously evaluate and enhance model performance through iterative improvements.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, Gen AI, and machine learning.
- Data Analysis and Insights:
Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
Collaborate with business teams to define KPIs and develop metrics to track the success of data-driven initiatives.
- Team Leadership and Mentorship:
Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish a strong data science practice.
Lead data science projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Communication and Collaboration:
Present complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Work closely with data engineering, IT, and business teams to integrate data science solutions into existing systems.
Collaborate with external partners and data vendors to explore new data sources.
Education Work Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in Data Science, Proven experience as an AI-ML Engineer with a focus on data strategy, architecture, and model development.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, or a related field.
Knowledge
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R with expertise in libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business objectives into data science solutions.
