Presales/SalesSupport:
AssistSales by defining the scope and delivery for POCs.
Engagewith clients to understand business needs and requirements.
Writeand own Statements of Work (SOW), ensuring clarity on deliverables andfeasibility.
ClientSPOC (Single Point of Contact):
Onboardnew setups and coordinate CR (Change Request) deliveries.
Workwith clients for detailed requirement gathering and feasibility studies.
Collaboratewith the DevOps and technical teams to ensure clear understanding ofrequirements.
Communicatewith clients regarding project deliverables (phases, estimates, and timelines).
ClientEngagement:
Addressclient queries regarding issues and challenges in deliveries.
Conductinvestigations and analyses to resolve queries.
Holdperiodic client calls to discuss new opportunities.
Scheduleand manage periodic client visits (QBRs).
TrackNPS/CSAT surveys and implement corrective actions when necessary.
DeliveryManagement:
SupportDevOps and customer care teams to understand requirements for successfuldelivery.
Prioritizeclient requirements, CRs, and issues outside of regular operations.
Facilitatefortnightly meetings with stakeholders to discuss strategic deliveryperformance.
Assistcustomer care with 2nd-level investigations and root cause analysis.
TrackSLA, ticket ART, and sufficiency reports regularly.
Subject/IndustryExpertise:
Stayupdated on industry trends and developments, specifically in the travel and hospitalitysector.
Specifyfunctional requirements to be included in product delivery and roadmaps.
Providefeedback to product managers for feature improvements based on customerfeedback.

Experiencein the Airline Travel domain (Knowledge of GDS, Pricing, and Distribution is aplus).
ProjectManagement Certification (PMP or equivalent).

Familiaritywith the Travel Hospitality industries is preferred.
RelevantBachelors degree (preference for management, computer science, or relatedfields).
