Job Description

  • We are looking for a Associate Director Customer Success for the Demand Booster Business. Through Demand booster, RateGain offers hotels the end to end campaign management for Marketing channels like Google, Tripadvisor, Trivago etc"
  • The candidate must have a good understanding of the RateGain portfolio of hospitality products and the hospitality industry in general.

How your day will look like/Job responsibility

  • Campaign Development: Liaison between the client and the campaign development team to develop data-driven campaigns tailored to meet their business objectives
  • Strategic Growth Campaign Optimization: Drive continuous improvement across the customer lifecycle by collaborating with the Campaign Management Team to execute and refine marketing campaigns, maximizing ROI and business growth
  • Foster customer relationships by analyzing insights with internal stakeholders and offer strategic recommendations to the client ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives
  • Oversee automated campaigns designed to enhance engagement and boost retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with product development, customer success objectives and industry best practices

Education Work Experience

  • 7-10 years of experience with Account Management /Customer Success or similar profile/role.
  • Experience in Digital Marketing Agency or Client side in Hospitality industry would be preferred.
  • Graduation / Post Graduation in related fields with excellent communications skills. MBA will be a Plus.

Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of Digital Marketing Campaigns including SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEM (Search Engine Marketing), Social Media Marketing.
  • Experience in managing accounts on CPA or CPC deals
  • Expertise in identifying renewal upselling opportunities
  • Proficient in client servicing strategies
  • Ability to read commercial contracts and understand legal clauses
  • Understanding of escalation handling procedures
  • Understanding of hospitality/travel technology or SaaS/B2B product offerings is highly preferrable.
