We're looking for a servant-leader Scrum Master who thrives in a fast-paced product environment and can drive delivery excellence while nurturing a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a servant leader and coach for multiple agile teams.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews, etc.
- Remove impediments that hinder the teams progress and escalate when necessary.
- Foster collaboration between Product Owners, Developers, QA, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor sprint progress, ensure team velocity is on track, :and deliver actionable insights through metrics (burndown, velocity, etc.).
- Advocate Agile best practices and continuous improvement across teams.
- Guide the team on self-organization and cross-functionality.
- Support product owners in backlog grooming and prioritization.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of total experience, with 3+ years as a dedicated Scrum Master in software product development.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and SDLC.
- Hands-on experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
- Proven ability to coach and mentor cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) is preferred.
- Bonus: Exposure to SAFe, Kanban, or other agile methodologies.
