About the Role: Digitization Specialist
We are seeking candidates who are meticulous, fast learners, and have excellent communication skills. As a Digitization Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to digitize existing content and documentation. This includes converting physical or handwritten documents into digital formats, ensuring data accuracy, and organizing files systematically. You will also be working extensively with MS Excel, so knowledge about it is a must.
The ideal candidate is someone who pays close attention to detail, has a strong sense of responsibility, and can maintain consistency and precision in documentation. Since the role involves handling important data, accuracy and speed are critical.
Key Skills Required:
Typing Speed: Minimum 50 words per minute
MS Excel Proficiency: Comfortable using spreadsheets for organizing and managing data
Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy during repetitive tasks
Good Communication Skills: Able to understand instructions clearly and convey updates when needed
Roles & Responsibilities:
1) Digitizing physical/digital and written content into organized digital formats. And also refine the content with your own inputs.
2) Preparing, sorting, and organizing documents for entry.
3) Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of digitized data.
4) Coordinating with the team for updates and process improvements.
Compensation:
Salary: 15,000/month Plus Lunch
Incentives: Performance-based bonuses available depending upon performance
