Ignition Developer @ 9nexus

Job Description

This is a permanent work from home position from anywhere in India Notice period - less than 30 Days (Immediate joiners preferred)

We are seeking a skilled Ignition Developer to design, develop, and deploy industrial applications using Inductive Automations Ignition platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SCADA/HMI development, MQTT/UNS integration, and edge-to-cloud data workflows in manufacturing environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience with Ignition platform (Perspective, Vision, Gateway scripting).
• Strong understanding of MQTT, UNS, and industrial communication protocols.
• Experience with PLC integration (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, etc.).
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and edge computing concepts.
• Proficiency in Python scripting and SQL.
• Experience with SCADA/HMI design principles and industrial automation workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Red Hat Device Edge, EMQX, or HiveMQ.
• Knowledge of GenAI integration with industrial data platforms.
