Developing and executing a talent acquisition strategy for the organization, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic workforce plans.

Taking ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, from initiating hiring requests to onboarding new hires, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for all stakeholders.

Collaborate closely with the leadership team, hiring managers, and HR COE members to maintain best practices and deliver a superior recruitment experience.

Utilizing recruitment dashboards to track and report on key performance metrics, driving continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.

Cultivating a high-performing team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, fostering growth and engagement amongst team members.

Leading and actively participating in talent acquisition projects and other HR focus areas to drive organizational excellence and achievement of strategic objectives
Requirements
-
Bachelor s degree
-
12-15 years of Talent Acquisition experience and at least 3 years people management experience

Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition lead or similar role

Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools

Experience with employer branding and talent marketing strategies

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
