We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Full Cycle Sales Specialist with a strong focus on lead generation and deal closure within the IT Staff Augmentation domain. The ideal candidate will be a creative and persuasive communicator who thrives on building relationships and driving business growth. This role involves significant outreach on platforms such as LinkedIn, as well as cold outreach through other mediums, to identify and secure opportunities in IT Staff Augmentation. Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation:
Strategically identify and engage with potential clients using platforms like LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold calls.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
2. Client Engagement:
Build strong, trust-based relationships with potential clients.
Understand client requirements and present tailored IT staff augmentation solutions.
3. Deal Closure:
Negotiate contracts and close deals with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of services.
4. Reporting & Strategy:
Regularly report on lead generation metrics, sales progress, and market feedback.
Contribute to the development of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2-3 years of proven experience in IT Staff Augmentation, with a strong focus on lead generation and sales.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other outreach tools for business development.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Knowledge of the IT industry, recruitment processes, and staff augmentation services.
