Job Description

Role & responsibilities


  • Identify and engage with potential clients in Defence, DPSUs, Automotive, Telecom, Aerospace, and Electronics industries.
  • Drive sales and business development activities by presenting technical solutions to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to closure, ensuring timely follow-ups and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and customer retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for proposal development, pricing, and delivery planning.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide strategic input.
  • Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Travel to client locations for Sales Pitches, Technical discussions & Presentations, Negotiations
