Job Description
Network Management
- Configuration management for the production hardware within the scope (routers, switches, firewalls etc. SDA Network, DNAC, ISE, Wireless Infrastructure, Cisco ACI, Voice Infrastructure (CUCM) and Wi-Fi Access Points).
- Monitoring of all the network circuits, including subscriber aggregation circuits, to include the ability to report on bandwidth utilization and availability.
- Monitoring of all the network infrastructure.
- Dependency support in the network management system to distinguish between failed devices and devices that have stopped responding due to a dependency on a failed device.
- Maintain the provisioning database that records all ISP circuit provisioning data.
- Maintain the inventory database containing all assets applicable. This includes all equipment in production (tagged and untagged).
- Maintaining appropriate version of software (OS, microcode, firmware, certificates and backup etc.) on all devices. This includes applying software patches and bug fixes, and upgrading software levels required to maintains manufacturers support, to support required feature sets.
- Perform Incident, Problem, Access, Change, Provisioning, Patching, Recovery, Availability, Performance, Capacity reporting and Health Monitoring and reporting.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to server operating system under scope of support.
- Providing trend analysis and suggestion to remove waste and continuity improvement plan and execution.
- Implementation and maintenance of standard operating procedures for maintenance of network devices
- Preparation of operational and event management related reports
- Managing and reporting on quarterly audit of all related administrative accounts
- Monthly Capacity reports
- Create and maintain Wireless Heat Map on Cisco Prime for Wireless health and performance.
- Timely remediation of 3rd party notified SOC Incidents and vulnerabilities with assistance of Lenovos Client team in terms of provisioning additional resources and approvals.
- Support planned and unplanned outages.
- Procedural handbook along with KB should be populated / updated.
Will be in rotational shifts/6 days working
Female candidates: 7 AM to 9 PM
Male candidates: 24/7 rotational shifts
