Job Description

Pursuing final year or recently completed LLB/LLM from a recognized law school
Strong interest in corporate/commercial law
Excellent legal research and drafting skills
Familiarity with the Companies Act, Contract Act, and regulatory frameworks
Proficient in MS Office and legal research tools (e.g., Manupatra, SCC, etc.)
Good communication and organizational skills
