Job_Description:As a Technical Lead at IG, the candidate will be responsible for driving the technical strategy and overseeing the implementation of land-based casino game development using Unity. The role involves leading a team of developers, architecting robust and scalable game solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality, complex gaming projects.
Qualifications & Essential Experience:
Experience
- 6-10 years of relevant experience after graduation.
- Proven track record in leading game development teams.
- Advanced expertise in Unity game development.
Educational Background
- Bacheloror Masterdegree in computer science.
- Additional certifications in game development or Unity technologies preferred.
Technical Skills
- Expert-level proficiency in Unity game development.
- Advanced C# programming skills.
- Experience with 2D and 3D graphics programming.
- Strong understanding of game engine architecture.
- Proficiency in version control (Git).
- Experience with performance optimization techniques.

- Manage technical debt and refactor existing codebases.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with Game Design, Art, and Mathematics teams.
- Communicate technical challenges and solutions effectively.
- Participate in game design reviews and provide technical insights.
- Support pre-sales technical discussions.
R&D & Technology Strategy:
- Stay updated with latest Unity technologies and gaming industry trends.
- Contribute to the companytechnology roadmap.
- Participate in proof-of-concept and experimental game development.
- Share knowledge through internal workshops and documentation.
