The Senior Power Platform Consultant will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining innovative software systems to solve complex business problems. This role involves engaging in all stages of the software development life cycle, collaborating with end users, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will uphold the Companys values of passion, quality, teamwork, and integrity, while staying current with technological trends and contributing new ideas to the team. This position also includes leading projects, managing tasks, and supporting the entire software base to maintain operational excellence.  Key Responsibilities 
  • Technology AwarenessStay current with the latest technologies and trends, contributing new ideas and concepts to the team.
  • Project LeadershipLead projects, ensuring all team members are aligned with project goals and deliverables, and facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team.
  • Development Life CycleEngage in all stages of the development life cycleanalysis, implementation, integration, testing, debugging, and support.
  • Code ReviewParticipate in regular code reviews, offering suggestions and improvements.
  • Quality and TimelinessEnsure the quality and timely delivery of projects, adhering to budgets and deadlines.
  • User CollaborationWork directly with end users from design to release and support phases, gathering project requirements and understanding business problems.
  • Software MaintenanceSupport and maintain the entire software base, addressing issues and bug reports promptly.
  • Decision MakingActively participate in feature and program discussions, balancing technical risks with project costs and deadlines.
  • Estimates and MilestonesHelp provide project milestones and deadlines and recommend actions to keep projects on track.
    •  Educational Qualification 
  • Minimum Required 3+ years of experience in power platform development.
  • Preferred 5+ years of experience in software development.
  • Microsoft CertifiedPower Platform Fundamentals-PL-900 (Preferred)
  • Microsoft CertifiedPower Platform Developer Associate-PL-400 (Preferred)
  • Microsoft CertifiedPower Platform Solution Architect Expert-PL-600 (Preferred)
    •  Skills Required 
  • Competency Areas:Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse
  • Development Methodologies: Knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures of Agile development.
  • Adaptability: Strong ability to pick up and learn new languages and technologies quickly.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage project tasks, set milestones, and meet deadlines.
  • Collaboration: Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work directly with end users and cross-functional teams.
  • Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Code Review: Experience in participating in and conducting code reviews.
  • Technical Leadership: Ability to lead projects and guide team members.

The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based on the candidates relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
