Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) with 10+ years of progressive HR experience to join our dynamic team. As a strategic advisor and consultant to business leaders, you will play a critical role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, driving organizational effectiveness, and fostering a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
  • Provide expert guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Lead change management initiatives and support cultural transformation efforts.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform business decisions and improve employee engagement.
  • Coach and advise managers on performance management, employee relations, and leadership development.
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) in areas such as Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation, and Diversity & Inclusion.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Champion employee engagement and well-being initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters degree or HR certification preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a business partner or strategic HR role.
  • Proven ability to influence and build strong relationships with senior leaders.
  • Deep understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and organizational development.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, matrixed, or global organization is a plus.
