Job Description
- In the role of the Product Owner, you will translate the business requirements into a prioritized product backlog for the cross-functional Scrum teams. You will be the leader who will own the product and take the features to the customers.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Understand business requirements and goals and ensure that they are converted into a prioritized product backlog
2. User stories in the product backlog are clear, complete, and prioritized
3. Actively manage/groom the backlog on an ongoing basis and keep it healthy
4. Define product roadmap and fit features into it based upon the market needs
5. Setting expectation for delivery of new functionalities and participating in the creation of product release plans
6. Collaborate closely with the scrum teams on an ongoing basis, providing guidance and direction to the team as needed
7. Developing a thorough understanding of the customer's needs, and representing the customer's interests within the Scrum team.
8. Defining and explaining business value, business acceptance criteria and acceptable limitations for user stories.
9. Able to answer and address any questions of the Scrum team including setting their focus beyond the current sprint. Setting priorities for the development team in line with business priorities
10. Approving and accepting sprint goals and holding the Scrum team accountable for meeting their goals and demonstrating it to the customer.
Soft Skills
1. Excellent verbal and written English skills.
2. Proven leadership and negotiation skills
3. Ability to quickly understand technical issues.
4. Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities and tasks as delegated. - Experience in VOIP,SIP Protocols
