Yes, we are setting up an Digital Customer Solutions platform to manage our Fleet Management Systems across World wide and so we are hiring Full Stack Developers to be operated from our Chennai setup.

Skills required:

Proficiency inAgile Methodologyand frameworks likeScrum, Kanban, etc.

Certified Scum Masteror other relevantAgile Certifications(CSM, SAFe or PMI-ACP)

Working background ofWeb technologies (.Net)and/or Mobile application Technologies is mandatory

Good skills tocoachteam how to follow agile scrum

Outstandingcommunication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills

Understanding ofsoftware development life cyclemodels as well as in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices

Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques

Planning andproblem solvingwith product management and delivery teams

Understand the details of iterative and incremental development.
