Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:


1. Provide strong technical leadership in Inspection/Corrosion Management for Oil & Gas upstream/downstream assets

2. Provide technical solution in the area of upstream/downstream Asset Integrity

3. Has ability to create innovative solutions /automations/ methodologies to build a differentiation for Quest Global

4. Drive and manage Integrity Engineers to execute the workflows with Quality at scale Provide pre-sales support for new business deals and post-sales support for the new projects assigned 5. Drive core team members to recruit skilled resources or train internal resources to achieve the targets

6. Act as a bridge between customer, sales organization and global technical teams

7. Flexible to make short trips as required by the business

8. Lead Develop, nurture and manage global customer relationships and drive strategic partnering initiatives to address unique business situations and complex technology needs

9. Review technical scoping, estimation, fitment and feasibility studies, mapping customer expectations and solution design, prepared by Program Managers and Project Leaders Required


Qualifications & Competencies:


1. Engineering degree (Mechanical/Materials or Chemical)3 to 15+ years of oil gas experience in related industry (refining/petrochemical/LNG/Oil & Gas)

2. Should have sound knowledge on Oil & Gas upstream and downstream business in the following areas

- Risk Based Inspection methodologies

- Fixed equipment inspection tasks/ procedures

- Inspection Optimization

- Piping Circutization/TML development

- API Damage Mechanisms of Refinery/Chemicals

- In-service inspection of all types of fixed equipment

- Knowledge of materials and standards

- Knowledge of corrosion & welding

- Knowledge of NDTs

- Knowledge of software (APM Meridium/Pestra/Credo, etc.)

- Ability to lead teams

- Excellent communication

3. Should have working knowledge of oil and gas plant operations

4. Should have exposure to Operating condition Safety, SHE risks, spill/ safety incident and equipment failure opportunities

5. Should have Knowledge of various roles and responsibilities of engineers working in the oil and gas field/site

6. Should have knowledge of corrective and preventative maintenance strategy

7. Should have knowledge of International standards in design, quality, and procedures for approved equipment

8. Good interpersonal skills and working collaboratively with the other teams

9. Experience with Office applications (Word, Excel, and Power Point
