Product Manager @ Bankai Infotech

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business goals into clear product requirements, wireframes, and technical specs.
• Manage day-to-day product delivery across frontend, backend, and smart contract teams.
• Write and maintain product documentation, epics, and user stories for engineers and QA.
• Help drive integration with key infrastructure partners.
• Support internal testing, UAT, and stakeholder feedback loops during releases.
• Analyze product KPIs, user feedback, and ecosystem trends to inform prioritization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience in fintech, crypto/Web3, or B2B SaaS.
• Experience working closely with engineers (Solidity, Node.js, React) to deliver production software.
• Ability to write clear, technically sound product requirements and user flows.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in a remote, async, high-ownership environment.

Preferred Qualification

• Previous experience working in DeFi, tokenization, or regulated blockchain environments.
• Familiarity with smart contract standards such as ERC-20, ERC-3643, or ERC-1400.
• Understanding of account abstraction (e.g. ERC-4337), identity verification (KYC/AML), or compliance-led UX.
• Experience managing product lifecycle for investor onboarding, token issuance, or permissioned trading.
