New Product Development Manager @ Veritas Engineering

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop new products from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet customer requirements while maintaining high levels of productivity.
  
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test sheet metal parts using various manufacturing processes such as stamping, casting, machining, etc.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-15 years of experience in New Product Development (NPD) with expertise in sheet metal stamping/design/development.
  
• Diploma degree in Any Specialization; BE/BTech preferred but not mandatory.
  
• Strong understanding of press tools/press tool design & development; knowledge of sheet metal stamping techniques an added advantage.
