Job Description

We are seeking experienced Senior Business Development Managers and Business Development Managers with 8-12 years of experience to join our team in India. Candidates should ideally have a robust background in enterprise sales, specifically in infrastructure products and monitoring solutions. This role is pivotal in driving Cloudmon s growth and market penetration in the region, building the market, and eventually developing and scaling to a larger team. The successful candidate will have an entrepreneurial drive to independently build the business, channels, partnerships, accounts and integrate within the sales team and overall as a product organisation.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets for Cloudmon s unified observability solutions.
  2. Identify and engage with key stakeholders within large enterprises, building strong relationships to drive sales opportunities.
  3. Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
  4. Present Cloudmon s solutions to prospective clients, effectively demonstrating the value and benefits of our products.
  5. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure a seamless implementation process and address any technical queries from clients.
  6. Build and manage a network of channels and partnerships to expand Cloudmon s market presence.
  7. Oversee account management activities, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  8. Develop and scale a presales and support team to provide comprehensive service to clients.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and advancements in monitoring and infrastructure solutions.
  10. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, negotiations, and closing deals.
  11. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecast reports using CRM tools
Qualifications:
  1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a focus on infrastructure products, monitoring, and unified observability solutions.
  2. Proven track record of successfully selling to large enterprises, particularly in sectors such as HP, IBM, DELL, ManageEngine, or similar.
  3. Strong technical acumen and the ability to understand and explain complex technical solutions.
  4. Demonstrated entrepreneurial drive and ability to build a business independently.
  5. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  6. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  7. Experience in building and managing teams.
  8. Bachelors degree in Business, Technology, or a related field is preferred.
