Job Overview: We are looking for a versatile Digital Marketing Associate with hands-on experience in B2B marketing, specifically for IT service companies. You will play a key role in scaling our inbound lead generation engine and driving multi-channel campaigns that resonate with tech leaders across industries. This role is ideal for someone not limited to a single channel but who understands how SEO, email, content, and campaigns come together to fuel revenue and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Inbound Marketing & Lead Generation:
Plan and execute inbound campaigns targeting CXOs, IT leaders, and engineering stakeholders.
Build bottom-of-funnel content that aligns with decision makers, including blogs, case studies, and landing pages.
Set up and manage lead capture flows (gated content, CTAs, forms) across key digital touchpoints.
Coordinate email marketing, social media, and content distribution to amplify visibility and lead capture.
Campaign & Channel Ownership:
Execute integrated campaigns across multiple channels (not limited to email and website), focusing on driving qualified traffic and MQLs.
Collaborate with sales to support sales enablement assets (collateral, brochures, case studies).
Support webinars for targeted promotion and generate high-quality MQLs.
Analytics & Optimization:
Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Zoho CRM (or equivalent) to track campaign success.
Regularly monitor and optimize campaigns for conversion rate, bounce rate, and funnel drop-offs.
Prepare monthly reports with actionable insights to improve performance.
Requirements:
Experience: 3-4 years of digital marketing experience in a B2B IT services or SaaS environment.
Lead Gen Fluency: Understanding of inbound marketing, SEO, conversion funnels, and content strategy.
Content & Copy: Solid writing skills for long- and short-form content. Experience with landing pages, emails, and social copy.
Vendor & Agency Collaboration: Ability to coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and marketing vendors to manage deliverables, campaigns, or outsourced content.
Tools Know-How: Working experience with GA4, Google Search Console, SEO tools (Ahrefs/SEMrush), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, email automation (Mailchimp, Zojo Marketing, or equivalent).
Mindset: Self-starter, structured thinker, and growth-driven. Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and deliver on timelines.
Bonus: Experience working closely with sales or account teams to align GTM messaging familiarity with ICPs like CTOs, CIOs, or enterprise tech buyers.
