We are looking for Maintenance professional with 15 years of experience in Oil and Gas, Chemical, Petrochemical and Fertilizer Industry.
Work Experience
- Very good understanding and in-depth knowledge about Static and Rotary equipment (Heat Exchangers, Vessels, Towers, Columns, Reactors, Pumps, Compressor and Turbines etc.)
- Very good understanding and in-depth knowledge about Routine and Shutdown/Turnaround Maintenance
- Good Knowledge in Planning and scheduling of Work orders in SAP (PM and MM modules) including development of work packs.
- Good Knowledge in Scheduling tools such as Primavera/MS Projects to develop routine planning schedules and shutdown/turnaround integrated schedules.
- Good Experience in Maintenance cost estimation/budgeting to facilitate the Maintenance budget preparation
- Good Understanding of constraints related to maintenance planning and execution.
- Review junior employee work deliverables to ensure that they are matching with customer quality requirements.
- Lead the technical discussion with customer and represent the team for new engagements.
- Review of the exisitng maintenance execution processes and procedures to identify the opportunities for improvement.
- Training of new hires and existing team members to ensure they are ready for deployment
- Very good communication and coordination skills
