Job Description

Urgent Hiring for profile Training Manager for Online Education Technology Company WhiteH@@ Jr for Mumbai (Andheri) Location.

Education:

A bachelor's / Master's degree, preferably in IT /Computer Science.

Minimum 1- 6 years of experience in Training / Teaching

Salary bracket:

(A) Candidates with only Training / Teaching Experience but No Coding Experience i.e (Demo Level 1)

- 3-5 Lakhs to 5 Lakhs per annum

(Plus performance incentive upto 15k/month)

(B) Candidates with Training & Coding Experience i.e (Demo Level 2 & 3) -

6 Lakhs to 10 Lakhs per annum

(Plus performance incentive upto 15k/month)

Location- WeWork (Andheri East), Near L&T. (Mumbai Location only)

Job Summary

- Recruit & train teachers at scale in delivering an excellent online classroom experience.

Responsibilities and Duties

Teacher Screening: Conduct video interviews to shortlist candidates that meet the minimum requirements.

Identify training needs - content related or behavioural - and train teachers to deliver excellence classroom experience to students Upskill current set of teachers to become better teachers and mentors through continuous training and coaching

Required Experience and Qualifications:

Prior coding experience preferable - either through professional work experience or through teaching coding

Prior training / recruitment experience preferred

Strong Comfort with Technology: All demo classes will be done online and require a native comfort with technology.

Communication Skills: Effective oral and written communication skills.
