- Principal Veeam Backup EngineerJob SummaryAs a Lead Veeam Backup Engineer focused on L3/L4 operations, you will be a key technical expert responsible for the advanced management, troubleshooting, and optimization of the Customer s critical Backup and Recovery infrastructure
- You will lead the resolution of complex incidents and problems, serve as a technical authority for escalated issues, and ensure the highest levels of data protection, recoverability, and system efficiency across hybrid cloud environments, including Azure, Citrix, VMware, Windows/Linux servers, and various storage platforms EMC ISILON, PowerStore, etc
- , with a strong focus on Veeam Backup & Replication
- This role requires deep technical expertise, exceptional problem solving skills, the ability to mentor senior team members on complex issues, drive problem resolution, manage vendor escalations, and effectively collaborate across technical domains
