Job Description
- Strong understanding of infrastructure monitoring concepts: system uptime, CPU, memory, disk usage and link health etc.
- Hands-on experience with SolarWinds, Dynatrace and ITSM platforms like ServiceNow.
- Solid knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, SNMP and ICMP.
- Exposure to SLA-driven support models and ITIL framework for incident, problem and change management.
- Effective communication skills for escalation handling, incident documentation and coordination.
- Willingness to work in rotational 24x7 shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Preferred certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+ and ITIL Foundation.
