Job Description

Role

Botree Software is looking for an Inside Sales Executive in its Sales and Marketing department. The person will be responsible for creating leads and developing new business and qualifying prospects. The role will focus on acquiring new customers and developing stronger relationships with existing customers.


Responsibilities


  • Create new leads and prospects for our products.
  • Effectively articulate the value of our software to both technical and non-technical buyers
  • Consistently achieve goals by creating leads which leads to increase in new business and growth of revenues
  • Create and maintain prospect list with multiple customer segments
  • Develop and maintain relationship with key business decision makers (CTO/CIO/CEO) in the industry
  • Manage MIS and Database Maintain excel worksheets and CRM for all the contacts
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective customers
  • Utilise best prospecting tools

Requirements


  • A passion for new business as well as keenness to grow existing relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong phone skills and email writing skills and ability to be persuasive
  • Should be proficient in Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • A spirited and result oriented individual with the ability and ambition to create a mutual win-win situation
  • Positive attitude and self motivated
  • Knowledge about prospecting techniques would be an added advantage
  • Ability to establish correct contacts and to effectively deal with senior level prospects
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, results-oriented environment

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelors / Masters degree in any stream
