Job Description
- Familarity with PowerShell or Bash scripting.
- Responsible for managing a variety of infrastructure technologies.
- Manages our endpoint patching and vulnerability remediation processes utilizing SCCM/JAMF and related tools as well as establish controls and policies to more effectively secure and monitor the environment.
- Understanding of Server Monitoring processes and support of monitoring tools.
- Committed to providing excellent end user technology support and customer service to staff, business partners, and vendors.
- Must have 24x7 responsibility ,ability and willingness to be on call, work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
- Resolve complex infrastructure and application integration issues.
- Experience managing security and vulnerabilities on MacOS platforms.
- Serve as the subject matter expert in one or more IT infrastructure technologies, including JAMF, SCCM and Qualys.
- Perform highly complex analysis and technical evaluation of the existing and future IS Infrastructure.
- Work standard patching process for the corporate Server and Workstation environment utilizing JAMF, SCCM and related technologies.
- Able to plan and execute on tasks and providing status updates.
- Demonstrate expert-level knowledge on IS projects which involve a wide range of issues including architecture, electronic data traffic, network security, platform and data security.
- Review and contribute to the improvement and standardization of infrastructure and security administration process across all business units.
- Assist in the development and implementation of infrastructure security policies and procedures through coordination with senior management.
- Track and monitor system or network security incidents.
- Enforce security policies and procedures through internal controlled self-assessments.
- Provide level 1 and 2 security support for all incident and problem tickets.
- Certifications for related tools.
