Job Title:
Techno-Commercial Chef Dairy Ingredients
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Techno-Commercial Chef who will be responsible for demonstrating and promoting our range of dairy ingredients to bakery, restaurant, and hotel customers. This role combines culinary expertise with commercial acumen to drive product sales, customer education, and market penetration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct live demonstrations of dairy ingredient applications in bakery, confectionery, and culinary settings.
- Develop recipes and application notes showcasing product versatility and quality.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify customer needs and tailor product solutions.
- Provide technical support to customers on product usage, troubleshooting, and best practices.
- Organize training sessions, workshops, and product trials for customers and sales staff.
- Assist in gathering market intelligence on product trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing Company at trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
- Travelling across the country
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a chef (bakery/patisserie/dairy applications preferred).
- Prior experience in a sales/techno-commercial role is an advantage.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Flexibility to travel across assigned territories for customer visits and demonstrations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic documentation.
