Position description:
1. Manage communication teams of Contact Center (inbound, outbound, and email)
2. Drive delivery based on set targets for the teams managed
3. Maintain attrition
4. Ensure correct fitment in the recruitment of TLs and AMs
5. Focus on process Improvement
6. Introduce new concepts to improve and improve customer experience
7. Identify training needs and provide coaching
8. Act as a liaison between the management and the team.
