Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Cross-Functional Projects: Orchestrate and manage projects across diverse industries one week you might be coordinating a tech product launch at Kyyba Inc., the next shepherding a film production at Kyyba Films or a music release at Kyyba Music, followed by a wellness initiative or beauty product rollout. You ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and aligned with Tels high standards.
- Coordinate Teams & Stakeholders: Unite engineers, creatives, producers, marketers, and external partners toward common goals. Break down silos across tech, entertainment, wellness, and beauty teams to foster collaboration and keep everyone moving in the same direction. Serve as the primary liaison between Tels executive vision and on-the-ground execution.
- Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project roadmaps, timelines, and budgets for multiple concurrent initiatives. Anticipate obstacles, proactively manage risks, and troubleshoot issues in real time to maintain relentless forward progress. No detail escapes your notice, and no blocker stays unsolved you find a way to keep momentum high.
- Drive Results to Completion: Take ownership of outcomes. Monitor and report on project milestones, KPIs, and deliverables across all ventures. You hold teams accountable, navigate the unexpected with calm urgency, and ensure that each ventures bold ideas translate into tangible, successful results.
- Support Strategy & Business Development: Work side by side with Tel during strategy sessions and business development pursuits. While Tel charts the high-level vision, youll support him by translating strategic ideas into executable project plans, conducting research or follow-ups as needed, and ensuring new initiatives get off the ground smoothly. (Note: You are not tasked with creating strategy, but you are crucial in implementing it.)
- Executive Communication: Prepare polished updates, summaries, and presentations for Tel and other stakeholders. Communicate project statuses, challenges, and achievements clearly and compellingly. Your professional execution will reflect Tels modern executive style whether in board meetings, investor calls, or on a film set, you represent the office of Tel Ganesan with charisma, confidence, and credibility through relentless execution.
- Operational Excellence: Handle the day-to-day operational coordination that keeps Tels world running seamlessly. From ensuring meeting action items are executed, to aligning Tels schedule with project priorities, you act as the operational hub connecting Tels busy agenda with the teams executing on it. You bring order to chaos, enabling Tel to focus on vision and growth while you handle the critical execution details.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of proven project management experience driving complex projects to completion (preferably in fast-paced or entrepreneurial environments). You have a track record of taking big ideas across the finish line, and you can provide examples of projects youve led successfully from inception through delivery.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: A self-starter who thrives on variety and autonomy. You think on your feet, welcome new challenges, and adapt quickly to different industries. Experience managing projects in multiple sectors (tech, media/entertainment, healthcare/wellness, consumer products, etc.) is a strong plus youre excited to learn the nuances of each business as you go.
- Ultra-Organized & Driven: You are a hyper-organized operator who never lets anything slip through the cracks. Able to juggle multiple workstreams across different companies without dropping the ball, you excel at prioritization, time management, and keeping chaos at bay. Your work style is proactive, detail-oriented, and relentlessly results-driven.
- Outstanding communication skills: Sharp, clear, and persuasive in both written and verbal communication. You can distill complex projects into clear action plans and status updates. Youre confident presenting to leadership and can rally diverse teams around a common goal. Bilingual or cross-cultural communication skills are a bonus given our global reach.
- Charisma & Executive Presence: A modern, polished professional who can represent Tel and the Kyyba brand to high-profile partners, clients, and teams. You carry yourself with confidence and diplomacy, able to build trust and enthusiasm with everyone from software developers and creative artists to investors and corporate executives. (You know how to read the room and influence it.)
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate interdisciplinary teams. You understand how to work with creative personalities as well as technical experts, adapting your approach to get the best out of each person. Youre equally comfortable discussing software sprints, reviewing film production schedules, or planning a marketing campaign and you respect the expertise each domain brings.
- Tech-Savvy & Analytical: Proficient with modern project management tools and collaborative platforms (e.g. Asana, Trello, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.), and quick to learn new software. You use data and metrics to track progress and inform decisions. Budgeting, scheduling, and risk management are second nature to you.
- High-Energy & Resilient: You match Tels high-octane pace with your own drive and enthusiasm. No matter how intense or ambiguous a situation, you remain cool under pressure, solution-focused, and positive. Setbacks dont faze you you find creative alternatives and push forward.
- Integrity & Ownership: You are trustworthy, handle confidential information with discretion, and take full ownership of your responsibilities. When you commit to a result, you do what it takes to deliver. You hold yourself and others to the highest standards of performance and ethics. (Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred. PMP/Agile certification or an MBA is a plus, but proven hustle and results matter most.)
