Leading team of Centre Managers & Relationship Managers
Training & Motivating entire Regional Banca Teams
Dealing with Branch Banking & Virtual Channel of Banks
Responsible for Sales RnR, Sales Strategy & Planning
Achieving Regional Business targets.

Required Candidate profile

Minimum Graduate in any stream with Life Insurance Sales is must.
Bancassurance experience with open architecture is must.
Candidate should be well versed with current IRDA norms, rules & regulations.
