Interior Architect @ Piramal Realty

Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Architect to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing interior architectural designs that are both functional and aesthetically compelling. This role involves collaboration with clients, consultants, and contractors to develop innovative solutions across commercial, residential, or hospitality projects.

• Develop interior architecture concepts, layouts, and design solutions from initial concept through to final implementation.
  
• Produce detailed drawings, 3D models, and presentations using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, health and safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
  
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders during the design and construction phases.
  
• Select and specify materials, finishes, fixtures, and furnishings in alignment with project goals and client preferences.
  
• Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation.
  
• Attend client meetings, site visits, and provide construction administration support as needed.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.
  
• 8+ years of experience in interior architecture or interior design.
  
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, etc.).
  
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building systems, and detailing.
  
• Excellent visual communication and presentation skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  
• Strong organizational and collaboration skills.
