This tool transforms the ability of RMs to instantly address client queries across complex investment options, dramatically improves their productivity levels and acts as a strong value-add that RMs can offer their clients (helping RMs gain new clients & increase wallet share).
What We Offer
Candidate Requirements
Experience: Around 2-3 years of experience actively managing clients in wealth management / financial planning / investment advisory. Solid understanding of wealth instruments such as Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, and global investments. Experience in working with HNI or UHNI clients is a significant advantage.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze client portfolios and market trends to make informed recommendations. Knowledge of complex financial instruments and the ability to craft customized investment strategies based on client needs.
Communication: Good communication skills, both verbal and written and the ability to explain complex information clearly and in a simplified manner
Strong people skills: Ability to forge new relationships, maintain client trust and be systematic and timely with follow ups
Team worker: Willingness to work with different teams towards the common goal of the organisation
Client-Focused: Dedicated to delivering superior value and service to clients.
Compensation: 6 - 9 lakhs per annum
