Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Hotel Manager to oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, staff management, financial performance, and facility maintenance. The ideal candidate will ensure a high standard of service and hospitality, driving guest satisfaction and business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  
• Manage all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and administration.
  
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
  
• Ensure excellent guest service standards are consistently delivered.
  
• Handle guest complaints and queries professionally and promptly.
  
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise hotel staff.
  
• Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and control operational costs.
  
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to drive occupancy and revenue.
  
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
  
• Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to maintain high standards.
