Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- All civil related work, including repair and maintenance which requires expert supervision.
- Monitor STP, WTP and OWC plant
- Monitoring Glazing and Plumbing works
- Regular inspections: Conducting routine inspections of buildings, including structural elements, mechanical systems, and electrical components.
- Preventive maintenance: Implementing proactive maintenance strategies to prevent breakdowns and prolong the lifespan of facilities.
- Corrective repairs: Addressing damage or deterioration to buildings, such as cracks, leaks, or structural issues.
- Renovations: Planning and overseeing renovation projects to modernize or improve facilities.
- Code compliance: Ensuring that facilities adhere to building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Landscape maintenance and development work.
- Ongoing construction of SDB 2 which is expected to get in state on facility scope by coming financial year (handover and takeover of the new infra)
Preferred candidate profile
Good Communication Skills and from Civil Engineering Background
