Junior Executive - Quality Control @ Fertin India

Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Overseeing all necessary testing to approved specifications and ensuring associated records meet requirements.
• Review and Release of Raw Material, Packaging Material, Water, and Consumable Reports.
• Execute calibrations, maintain analytical instruments, and keep related documents up to date.
• Maintaining testing reports, raw data, and Quality Control Department activities according to GLP and cGMP.
• Maintaining Sample status and details in Quality Control records.
• Maintaining sample utensils as per SOPs
• Managing stability samples
• Communicate testing results to relevant departments.
• Ensure the Quality Control laboratory complies with safety, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare Quality Control SOPs, qualification documents, and laboratory documents aligned with the company's

quality assurance system.

• Support the Department Head in upgrading department standards to meet regulatory and GMP requirements. Evaluation, maintaining and storage of standards (Reference standard, Working standard, etc)
