Job Description
Designation: Sales Executive
Educational Qualification: Any Science Graduate Background or experience
Location: Mumbai, Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, Ahmedabad
Experience: 0 - 5 Years
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Customer Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, distributors, and other stakeholders to drive sales growth.
- This position will be responsible for sales on field sales and generate a business for neurology division
- Actively identify and generate leads for medical equipment, ensuring a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct effective technical sales presentations to existing and potential clients to secure new accounts and retain existing ones.
- Coordinate and arrange product demonstrations for doctors, customers, and stakeholders to showcase product features and benefits.
2. Reporting and Strategy Implementation:
- Submit timely and accurate reports to the reporting manager and the sales administration team, detailing sales activities, progress, and market trends.
- Implement company strategies and sales initiatives to promote products effectively.
3. Market Analysis and Feedback:
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and market dynamics.
- Provide timely feedback on competitor activities and market trends to senior management. 5. KOL Management and Product Promotion:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to promote new products and initiatives.
- Build long-term partnerships with KOLs to ensure sustained product advocacy.
