Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for Preparing Business Requirements for IT initiatives

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Communication between IT and Business Units to Ensure Mutual Understanding and Collaboration.
• Identify Opportunities for Process Improvements and Technology Enhancements.
• Monitor and Report on the progress of IT Projects and Initiatives.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ Years of Experience in IT Business partnering or a similar role.
• Experience with project management and change management.
  
• Preferred Skills
  Experience in a specific industry (e.g. Finance, Supply Chain, Retail).
• Familiarity with Cloud Technologies and Solutions.
• Knowledge of Data Analytics and Business Intelligence Tools.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2)
