Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven and adaptable associate to act as a key coordination point between research, sales, marketing, and operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to understand how the wealth management industry works, since the position allows a 360 degree view of the various facets of a financial organisation.
This role involves managing investor desk queries (supporting investors & our senior private bankers with investment, execution & operational queries), research (being part of the fund research team), supporting lead generation by leveraging new tools and innovative strategies to enhance the sales process, and collaborating with the research team on portfolio analysis and market insights. Additionally, the associate will coordinate operational queries to ensure smooth execution across teams, facilitating seamless communication and contributing to the firms overall efficiency and growth.

Candidate Requirements
Experience: This is a role for a fresher so no prior experience is required, however an internship at a financial institution would be preferable.
Technical skills: Excellent knowledge of google docs and excel is a must. Should have the ability to learn new technologies or the willingness to learn them.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and an ability to handle queries in a timely efficient manner
Team worker: Willingness to work with different teams towards the common goal of the organisation
Willingness to learn: There is a lot of cross working between departments involved in this role, and a candidate who is eager to absorb a lot will highly benefit from this role.
Compensation: 25,000 per month (some flexibility for candidates with relevant experience)
